NOVELTY HARD HEADBAND: basic witch
It's that time of year! The long awaited yearly release of Baby Bling's WITCH HAT. A collectors favorite that gets cuter every year! Quantities are limited so grab one fast!
This nylon/spandex wrapped hard headband is one size fits most and the size cannot be adjusted. The hat and embellishments are sourced in China and are permanently affixed to each hat and not meant to be removed. The black felt witch hat is adorned with chiffon flowers, and trim that is securely attached. Please only use this headband under adult supervision. Each headband is hand sewn and embellished by women in our local community. Due to the nature of small-batch production color and sizing can vary slightly.
