What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love your experience with Baby Bling so, if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please text “Support” to our support team at 801-810-2729 to begin the return process within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unworn, and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
For refunds or exchanges on regular priced items, our policy lasts 7 days after the delivered date. After the 7 day period has passed, we can offer store credit for your return of unused regular priced items. After 30 days, we will no longer offer returns or exchanges on items.
You must text “Support” at 801-810-2729 to schedule a return, and receive an RA#.
Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund.
All sale items are final sale.

How long does it take to get my order?
All domestic orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding major sale events. All expedited orders will ship the following business day.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Baby Bling is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
