GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love your experience with Baby Bling!

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send your order number & item return detail to support@babyblingbows.com  within 7 days of receipt to schedule a return and receive an RA#. All returns must have an RA# prior to being returned. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We can offer a refund for returns started within 7 days of receipt. (Sale items excluded.  Please see the sale return policy below.) The item must be in brand new condition and still attached to the unopened tag.

If your order is past 7 days of receipt and within 30 days, we can offer a store credit for your return of unused, regular priced items. After 30 days, we can no longer offer returns.

We are happy to offer store credit for the return of items received as a gift, with proof of purchase from our website. If you have the order number, great! If not, please provide the first and last name of the person who placed the order, along with their email and shipping address if you have that info!  All sale items and Gift Card orders are final sale.


SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY:
 
There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. Sale items may include past season prints or styles, discontinued items, or styles we no longer carry for department stores. These are all quality headbands, but in the chance that there is a discrepancy we will note the difference in the individual product's description.


DISCOUNT CODES:

If you have a discount code, please confirm that it has been applied to your order. We aren't able to apply codes after an order is placed. If your code isn't being applied to your order, please contact us before completing the order at support@babyblingbows.com.

We are not able to combine orders or apply the same code to multiple orders.

U.S. & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
 All U.S. domestic orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $2.99.  We offer free shipping for U.S domestic orders over $50.  You must select the free shipping option during checkout.

Please verify that your items and shipping address are correct prior to completing your order! Once the order is placed, it is unlikely we'll be able to make changes before it ships.  

All domestic orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding major sale events. All expedited orders will ship no later than the following business day.

All Priority orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Priority orders should arrive 2-3 business days after our 1-2 business day processing time. May take an additional 2-4 business days for delivery to Hawaii & Alaska.

All international packages are shipped via USPS at the discretion of Baby Bling, including upgrading to International Priority shipping. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. The value of the package is listed to customs as the subtotal (before discount) and includes shipping costs. Baby Bling assumes no responsibility for any import and duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused, lost or returned. International sales are final.

Baby Bling® hair accessories which include hair clips, hair bands and hair elastics are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us, and/or using our products—you agree that Baby Bling and its affiliates are not liable for misuse or lack of supervision. Do not leave children unattended or unsupervised while using Baby Bling products. Our products are not intended for use in the mouth or around the neck, as this might POSE A CHOKING HAZARD.

As of April 2017, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.
