We at Baby Bling pride ourselves in making a comfortable, stylish headband for your little one. For over a decade we have used a soft, stretchy, 100% nylon headband that we still believe to be the most comfortable headband on the market. Many of our wonderful customers have let us know that this is their favorite feature of Baby Bling products.
Recently we have expanded our product line to include new prints, patterns and textures. In order to produce these new designs, the construction and/or fabric content has been adjusted for different styles. With these adjustments, the stretch is different than our original, solid color headbands. If you believe your baby to have a sensitive head, be in a high percentile for head circumference and/or not have much hair, we suggest that you purchase the headbands in our “Classic” styles.
As of April 2017, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.

How do I care for my BB Headband
Click here to watch our demonstration on how to wash and re-tie the Knot style headband. With use, the nylon will begin to stretch out like a pair of nylon tights. Just like nylon tights, our material is designed to stretch back to its original size after washing. We suggest to un-tie, hand wash in warm water with mild soap, lay flat to dry, and then re-tie. If your product has the nylon band with an embellishment, use the washing steps only on the band, and spot clean the embellishment.
What fabrics does BB use?
The basis of our headband is nylon. Some prints and patterns contain small amounts of spandex and/or polyester. Most embellishments are made of synthetic fabrics. All fabric, materials, dye, etc is non-toxic.
What is the new BB logo?
There has been a recent update to the product logo. It has been changed to a heat transfer vs the iron-on. This is NOT a sticker and is not intended to be removed. Baby Bling is not responsible for any damaged caused by the attempted removal of the logo.
If something is out of stock, will it return?
Many of our items are restocked within 1-2 weeks, however, most prints are limited.
Is this the right color?
We are pretty picky about colors over here and love being able to offer our customers plenty of options. Please understand that all computer monitors can display colors slightly different from what they actually are. We try our very best to keep them as accurate as possible.
At times there can also be slight differences in dye batches. Please keep this in mind when placing a re-order of the same item that you may have previously purchased.
We like to offer the advice of choosing a complementary color, or a less dominant color when you are trying to coordinate your accessories with an outfit.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your experience with Baby Bling! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt to schedule a return and receive an RA#. All returns must have an RA# prior to being returned. Please let us know your order number and which item/s you'd like to return. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
We can offer a refund for returns started within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition and still attached to the unopened tag.
If your order is past 7 days of receipt and within 30 days, we can offer a store credit for your return of unused, regular priced items. After 30 days, we can no longer offer returns.
We are happy to offer store credit for the return of items received as a gift, with proof of purchase from our website. If you have the order number, great! If not, please provide the first and last name of the person who placed the order, along with their email and shipping address if you have that info!
All sale items and Gift Card orders are a final sale.
Coupon Codes & Gift Card Policy
If you have a discount code, please confirm that it has been applied to your order. We aren't able to apply codes after an order is placed. If your code isn't being applied to your order, please contact us before completing the order at email@example.com.
We are not able to combine orders or apply the same code to multiple orders.

How long does it take to get my order?
Please verify that your items and shipping address are correct prior to completing your order. Once the order is placed, it is unlikely we'll be able to make changes before it ships!
All domestic orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding major sale events. All expedited orders will ship the following business day.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout.
International orders may also be subject to an additional customs charge upon delivery. We are not provided with information about if, when or how much will be charged. Please contact your Customs Office for information about your country's policies on this. We will not credit or refund any additional amounts charged in the delivery of the package.
Baby Bling is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
