We at Baby Bling pride ourselves in making a comfortable, stylish headband for your little one.  For over a decade we have used a soft, stretchy, 100% nylon headband that we still believe to be the most comfortable headband on the market.  Many of our wonderful customers have let us know that this is their favorite feature of Baby Bling products.  
Recently we have expanded our product line to include new prints, patterns and textures.  In order to produce these new designs the construction and/or fabric content has been adjusted for different styles.  With these adjustments, the stretch is different than our original, solid color headbands.  If you believe your baby to have a sensitive head, be in a high percentile for head circumference and/or not have much hair, we suggest that you purchase the headbands in our “Classic” styles.
As of April 2017 we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will not longer accept a return as defective for this reason.

We want you to love your experience with Baby Bling so, if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase your bow may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.  However, the item must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unworn.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns other than manufacturing defect or our mistake in shipping you the wrong item.

For refunds or exchanges on regular priced items, our policy lasts 7 days after the delivered date. After the 7 day period has passed, we can offer store credit for your return of unused regular priced items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, within the 7 day time period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items are final sale.
Select items are exempt from being returned. Items purchased that are custom orders cannot be returned. We also do not accept products or offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All stock orders (excluding any custom headbands) leave our shop in Utah within 3-5 business days.  The time in transit is determined by the shipping method you select during check-out. 

All items ordered from the Bow Builder section are hand made, just for you! Beacuse of this, most customized items ordered will take at least 5 business days before they are ready to be shipped. If you have ordered any custom headbands from our Bow Builder section, your entire order will not ship until your custom item is made.

If you are having a “Bow-mergency” {trust me, that’s a thing} and would like to insure that your products will arrive in time for a special event PLEASE email us directly prior to placing your order.

We are pretty picky about colors over here and love being able to offer our customers plenty of options.  Please understand that all computer monitors can display colors slightly different from what they actually are.  We try our very best to keep them as accurate as possible. 

At times there can also be slight differences in dye batches.  Please keep this in mind when placing a re-order of the same item that you may have previously purchased.

We like to offer the advice of choosing a complimentary color or a less dominate color when you are trying to coordinate your accessories with an outfit.
